Privacy Notice

Your privacy matters to me. This notice explains what information this website collects, why, and how it's protected. It covers the website and online booking only. Your health records from your visits are kept separately and are not stored on this website.

What I collect

When you book an appointment:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The visit type, date, and time you choose
• Whether you'd like text reminders
• The date and time you agreed to the cancellation policy
• If you choose to answer it, what you'd most like to address and any short note you add. This is optional.

When you send a message through the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. Messages are sent to me by email and are not stored on the website. Please don't include medical details.

How I use it

• To schedule, confirm, change, and remind you of your appointments
• To prepare for your visit
• To reply to your messages
• To keep records of appointments, payments, and cancellations

I don't sell or rent your information, I don't share it for advertising, and I don't send marketing emails.

What's kept out of email and texts

Confirmation and reminder messages include only the date, time, and location of your appointment. They never mention the reason for your visit.

Who helps run the website

A few service providers store or deliver information on my behalf, and only for these purposes:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Supabase stores appointment information in a secure database in the United States.
• Resend delivers appointment emails and contact-form messages.

Text messages

If you opt in to text reminders, your phone number is used only to send appointment reminders and updates. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

How it's protected

• Information travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
• Appointment information can only be read by me, through a private admin login.
• The link to manage your appointment is private and unique to you. Please don't share it.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. A cookie is used only to keep me signed in to the admin area.

Your choices

• You can cancel or change appointments at any time using the link in your confirmation email.
• You can stop text reminders by replying STOP.
• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information this website holds about you by sending me a message.

How long information is kept

Appointment records are kept for at least seven years, the same as my clinical records, and then deleted. Contact-form messages stay in my email inbox and are not stored on the website.

Changes

If this notice changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
