For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of holistic wellness, business strategy, and leadership development—helping women dissolve personal barriers and unlock their highest potential.
As a licensed acupuncturist specializing in women’s health, I spent years guiding clients through deep transformation on a body, mind, and energy level —mastering how to pinpoint exactly where someone is blocked, not just physically, but in their confidence, leadership, and success.
I then worked as a business mentor, coaching over 150 women to break through limiting beliefs, align with their power, and achieve their professional goals—without overworking or sacrificing themselves in the process.
